Brown, Perkins & Buchanan against the following — Robert Eden
Esqr with Interest to the 1st of Octr next for Five hundred & fifteen
pounds, five shillings — Daniel Dulany son of Walter with Int as
aforesaid, One pound, three shillings & eight pence three farthings ;
Danl Dulany son of Danl with Int as afd Seven shillings & one
penny — The Revd Jona Boucher with Int. as aforesd Five pounds

fifteen shillings & four pence and agt Lloyd Dulany with Interest to
the 1st Octr next Five hundred and sixty six pounds, fifteen shillings
and two pence. —
The Revd Joseph Messenger against the Revd Jonathan Boucher
with Interest to the 1st October next Forty six pounds, nineteen
shillings —

Judgment obtained by Samuel Thomas against James Russell,
Walter Ewer, John Ewer and John Buchanan with Costs, and In-
terest to the 1st Octr next — One thousand and Eleven pounds, seven-
teen shillings and eleven pence
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 "Clock. —

The Council met

Present the Honble
Saml T. Wright — John Davidson & Aquila Paca Esquires. —
The following Accounts against Confiscated Property exhibited
to this Board and examined and approved. —
James Chalmers Bond to Silvanus Prothero dated 6th Augt 1775
Balance due thereon with Interest to the 1st Octr next Twenty three
pounds, thirteen shillings and eight pence — Samuel Chews Account
against Lloyd Dulany with Interest to the 1st of Octr next Fifty nine
pounds, Eighteen shillings — and Anthony Addison's Account against
the Revd Jonathan Boucher with Int. as aforesaid Forty eight pounds
twelve shillings and five pence. —
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow Morning 11 "Clock. —
