relative thereto — a Commission of 4 p Cent
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson
Junr Paymaster Three hundred pounds Current money out of the
money appropriated for the Barges equipt under the Act entitled "An
Act for the Protection of our Bay Trade and to Defend our Citizens
exposed to Plunder by the Enemys Barges " on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to James O'Hara a Blind Soldier Five
pounds Current Money allowed him by this Board in Pursuance of a
Resolution of the General Assembly passed July Session 1779, em-
powering and directing the Governor and Council to grant the said
James [O'Hara] such relief as they may think proper. —
Ordered that on Tuesday next the Board will take into Considera-
tion the Appointment of a Judge of the General Court in the room
of the late Honorable Nicholas Thomas Esquire. —
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 oClock. —

Present as on Yesterday. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue a Certificate to
Moses Ringroes agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of
this State, Creditors of Congress &ca " for Thirteen pounds, three
shillings and four pence due on Continental Loan Office Certificates
adjusted by the Auditor General the 13th of Novemr 1783
The Council adjourned 'till to Morrow Morning Eleven oClock. —
