The Council met
Present The Hon'ble Gabriel Duvall, John H Stone, John David-
son and Charles Wallace Esquires. —
The Board took into Consideration an Application from Isaac
Duncan one of the Militia of Worcester County, for a Remission of
a Fine of Twenty pounds, imposed by a Militia Court Martial on the
said Isaac Duncan for leaving his Company when on Duty at King-
ston in said County; and it appearing that the said Isaac Duncan, at
the time when he left the Company was sick, and continued so for
some time afterwards and that the said Isaac Duncan was a person
well attached to this State and had faithfully served the term of his
