Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue a Certificate to
John Voorhees agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of
this State, Creditors of Congress &^ca " for Two hundred and seventy
eight pounds, fourteen shillings and nine pence due on five Conti-
nental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Deputy Aud^r 22^d
Novem^r last
That the said Treasurer issue Certificates agreeably to the Act
aforesaid to Arthur Whitely for Twenty six pounds, seven shillings
and seven pence — to William Stephens, for Sixteen pounds, sixteen
shillings and ten pence and Levin Stevens for Sixteen pounds, six-
teen shillings and ten pence due them on Continental Loan Office Cer-
tificates adjusted by the Deputy Aud^r the 22^d October last
That the said Treasurer pay to William M^oCreery Three hundred
and sixty seven pounds, sixteen shillings and four pence current
money allowed him on An Account referred to this Board by the
General Assembly. —
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hanson McPherson One
pound fifteen shillings and four pence half penny current money for
One Year's Interest to the 29^th January 1783 on a Certificate issued
under the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " number
334-—
That the said Treasurer pay to Wallace and Davidson ninety seven
pounds, eleven shillings current money Balance of Account passed by
the Aud G^l
The Honorable Daniel Carroll Esq^r returns an Order drawn on
the Western shore Treasurer in his favor the 27^th July 1782 for four
hundred and ninety seven pounds, eighteen shillings and four pence
specie, which sum is charged in his Account exhibited this Day. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to the Honble Daniel
Carroll Esq^r Three hundred and fifty nine pounds, one shilling and
four pence current money due him per Account examined and passed
by the Auditor General. —
The Bond of Doct^r Henry Stevenson to Nicholas Ruxton Gay
amounting with Judgment and Interest to One hundred and twenty
two pounds eight shillings and seven pence current Money exhibited
to this Board and approved
