That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to William Adams Esq^r
agreeably to the Act aforesaid for Two hundred and fifty two pounds
ten shillings and four pence due on Continental Loan Office Certifi-
cates adjusted by the Auditor General the 14^th November last
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Thomas Ogle agree-
ably to the Act aforesaid for Twenty three pounds, sixteen shillings
due on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Aud^r
General the 1^st Instant. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Roger Brooke one pound two
shillings and nine pence farthing current money due him for Interest
to the 6^th Sepf 1782 on a Certificate issued under the "Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State " 6^th Sept^r 1781 and numbered 151.
That the said Treasurer pay to Roger Brooke One pound, two shil-
lings and nine pence farthing current money due for Interest to the
6 Sepf 1783 on the abovementioned Certificate. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Col^o James Kent Twelve pounds
eight shillings and ten pence half penny current money due him for
Interest for one Year to the 8^th October 1783 on a Certificate Num^r
822 issued under the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State
7^th January 1783. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Richardson Three hundred
and fifty seven pounds, five shillings and four pence three farthings
specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from the State "
due on five State Certificates adjusted by the Auditor General the
29^th November last

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Allen Quynn Two
hundred and fourteen pounds, eleven shillings and eight pence specie
agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " per
Account passed the 18^th Instant
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Ogle Four pounds, ten
shillings and eight pence farthing specie agreeably to the Act afore-
said per Certificates passed by the Auditor General the I^th Instant
Commission issued to Samuel Duvall appointed Surveyor of Fred-
erick County in the room of George Dent who has resigned
James Morsell is appointed Clerk of Calvert County Court, until
the meeting of the next County Court of said County —
