The Honorable Benjamin Stoddert, James Brice & John H Stone
Esq^rs

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer, pay to the Honble John
Rogers Esq^r One hundred and fifty pounds Current Money for a
Quarters Salary as Chancellor. —

The Honorable Gabriel Duvall Esquire attended
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Col^o Moses
Rawlings Fifty four Pounds, four shillings and ten pence Current
Money due him per Account passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Sprigg for the use of
Thomas Jones One of the Judges of the Court of Appeals Fifty
Pounds Current Money for a Quarter's Salary. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Captain William Campbell four
thousand, six hundred and sixty nine pounds of Tobacco at Saint
Marys Ware house for the like Quantity, including Interest, lent the
State by Mark Alexander the 10^th July 1780 per Certificate adjusted
by the Dep^y Aud.

That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to William Douglass
agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress &^ca " for Five hundred and seventy One pounds,
three shillings and two pence due him on Continental Loan Office
Certificates adjusted by the Dep^y Aud.

Money for the like Sum (including Interest) lent the State the 12^th
May 1780 per Acc^t passed. —

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to James Brice Esq^r
One hundred and seventy four Pounds, One shilling and nine pence
half penny Current Money for Interest due on Certificates issued
agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State." —
