On Consideration of the Charges against Robert Lamden sug-
gested in a Letter from the Justices of Worcester County Court,
Resolved that, the Act of Assembly which gave this Board Jurisdic-
tion and Conusance of the said Charge having ceased with the War,
they have no Competent Authority to proceed thereon; and that the
Jurisdiction and Conusance of all Crimes and Misdemeanors belong
solely to the Judicial Department : And that the said Robert Lamden

having appeared before this Board agreeably to the Terms of his
Recognizance be, and is hereby Discharged therefrom.

The Honorable Gabriel Duvall, James Brice and John Hoskins
Stone Esquires

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue a Certificate to
Thomas Callahan agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of
this State, Creditors of Congress &ca " for Seventy three pounds,
seventeen shillings and nine pence due him on Continental Loan
Office Certificates adjusted by the Depy Audr the 16th Inst
That the said Treasurer pay to John Sterett Forty seven pounds
and seven pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State " due him on a Horse Certificate adjusted by the
Deputy Audr this Day. —

Present the Honble, G Duvall, James Brice and John H Stone
' Esquires

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Wright
Six pounds, one shilling and eight pence specie agreeably to the "Act
to adjust the Debts due from this State " per Account passed. —

That the said Treasurer pay to Captain Philemon Warfield
Twenty two pounds, ten shillings Current Money due him per Ac-
count passed. —

Casper Shaaff exhibits an Account against the Reverend Henry
Addison whose Estate is forfeited, amounting with Interest thereon
to nine pounds sixteen shillings and ten pence passed by the Audr
Genl which is examined and approved by the Board. —
