That the said Treasurer pay to William Davis twenty two pounds,
nine shillings and nine pence specie agreeable to the Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State per Certificate adjusted. —
Commissions of Letters of Marque & Reprisal issued to James
Forbes Commander of the Brigantine Hamburgh sixty Tons burthen,
navigated by thirty Men, mounting ten Carriage Guns belonging to
Paul Seimen & others of the State of Maryland and also to John
Angus Commander of the Ship Carolina two hundred and fifty Tons
burthen, navigated by fifty men, mounting sixteen Carriage Guns
belonging to John Wright Stanly of Philadelphia. —
As the Time for which the Barges under the Command of Capt
Walley were engaged, will expire on this Day:
Ordered that the Commissions granted to the Officers of the said
Barges be and they are hereby vacated. —
Ordered That Copies of this Resolution be sent to Capt8 Dashiell,
Frazier & Spedding and Lieutenant Samuel Handy. —

We have requested Mr Bullen to furnish you with a Waggon and
Team to enable the Detachment under your Command to proceed to
Frederick Town, and as this Party is much wanted at that Post, to
secure the British Prisoners, we flatter ourselves you will march
them without Delay.

A Party of Soldiers from this City, are to march to morrow for
Frederick Town, they cannot proceed without a Waggon, we there-
fore request you to furnish this Detachment with a good Waggon
and Team. The Waggon must be delivered to Majr Davidson.

Present as on Yesterday.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Hemsley
two thousand, three hundred and eighty two pounds, eight shillings
and five pence specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State per Certificates adjusted 30th December 1782. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr James Murray twenty one
pounds, eleven shillings specie agreeable to the Act aforesaid per
Account of Isaac McHards passed. —
Samuel Outten late Commander of the British Barge Trimmer
Paroled and restricted to the City of Annapolis. —
The Justices of the Peace and Judges of the Orphans Court of
Charles County are continued under their former Commissions. —
