Monday 15th July 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Brewer
thirteen Pounds, ten shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act
for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca to be delivered over as
follows, four Pounds to John Goldsmith, four Pounds to John
Blackiston, Three Pounds to Thomas Howard, two pounds to John
Gardner and ten shillings to Thomas Gardner the Bounty allowed for
manufacturing Salt per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Samuel Baldwin ten Pounds, ten
shillings of the same Emission due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Paca seventy eight Pounds,
six shillings & three pence specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State p Account passed 13 Instant.
Commission of Letters of Marque & Reprisal issued to John
King Commander of the Schooner Resolution sixty five Tons burthen
navigated by twelve men mounting six Carriage Guns belonging to
Samuel Gerock & others of Baltimore.

Tuesday 16th July 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Francis Deakins
Esqr two hundred and twenty nine Pounds, ten shillings & ten Pence,
& Joseph Duvall three Pounds twelve shillings and six pence of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca
due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Samuel Davidson twenty seven
Pounds, five shillings of the same Emission to be delivered unto
Henry Lowes due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Evans ten Pounds, one
shilling and five Pence of the same Emission for the use of himself
& Thomas Collins per Certificate issued by Henry Hollingsworth &
William McBryde adjusted & passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Wilkins forty one thousand
nine hundred & fourteen pounds of Tobacco including four p Cent
for Cask in lieu of three hundred & fourteen Pounds, seven shillings
& two pence part of an Order on the Treasury of the 5th Inst, for
three hundred & sixty four pounds seven shillings & six Pence, Specie.

fifty Pounds and four Pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for
