Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Bennett Neale
eleven Pounds, twelve shillings and James White two Pounds, ten
shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of
Bills of Credit &ca due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Robert Roll forty four
Pounds of the same Emission due himself and part of the Crew of the
Barge Revenge lately Commanded by Commodore Grason per Pay-
roll passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to James M. Sollars ninety six Pounds,
eighteen shillings and nine Pence of the same Emission due on Certifi-
cates issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this
State.
That the said Treasurer pay to Henry Wilson thirty four Pounds
for the use of Thomas Donnellan due him per Account passed.

Thursday 16 May 1782

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to David Burns
three Pounds, five shillings and ten Pence, of the Bills emitted under
the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due him per account
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Ensign Henry Chapman ten
Pounds, thirteen shillings and nine Pence of the same Emission inlieu
of Clothing on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Ensign Basil Burgess three Pounds,
ten shillings of the same Emission inlieu of two Shirts on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Gray Esqr two hundred
and twenty seven Pounds, sixteen shillings and two Pence of the
same Emission to be delivered over as follows forty one Pounds,
nineteen shillings and five Pence to Benjamin Mackall Esqr forty
two Pounds, two shillings and one Penny to John Weems junr sixty
eight Pounds, eight shillings and five Pence to Doctr Edward
Johnson & thirteen Pounds, two shillings and six Pence to Edward
Talbott due them per Certificates adjusted & passed and Sixty two
Pounds, three shillings and nine pence to sundries per account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Samuel T. Wright Esqr twenty
two Pounds, seventeen shillings & six pence of the same Emission on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Ignatius Fenwick two hundred
and two Pounds six shillings and four pence of the same Emission
due him on a Certificate issued agreeable to the "Act to adjust the
Debts &ca."
That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr John Winder five Pounds
of the same Emission due him as a Bounty by the Act of Assembly
for manufacturing Salt.
