Inclosed is a return of Provision received in April which should
have been sent in much sooner had not I expected much fuller returns
from the Commissarys of the distant Countys, but as I have receivd
none but such as appears more proper for the returns to be made for
this month, have thought it most proper to send these forward, and
to inform your Excellency and Honours of the prospect I have for
may, which is enacted to the foot of the return, which I shall accom-
pany a full return for, and deliver in, in a few days, and shall then
explain anything that may appear not clear or Satisfactory (if any
