A Message from the Lower house by Messrs Tillotson & Gills
By the Lower house of Assembly 14th December 1751.
May it Please Your Honours
This house having agreed that the Sum of Twenty Pounds Ster-
ling be Paid on Account of the Expence for bringing from Boston
two Prisoners charged with having committed a Murder of which
one of them has been Convict, Proposes, that the Same be paid by a
Bill of Exchange drawn by the Treasurer of the Western Shore on
Mr William Hunt Merchant in London payable to his Excellency the
Governor and desire Your honours Concurrance therewith

Gillis this house agrees that the Money for bringing the Two Pris-
oners from Boston charged with committing a Murder in this Prov-
ince be paid to his Excellency the Governor by a Bill of Exchange
drawn by the Treasurer of the Western Shoar
