On motion that a Bill be brought in, for destroying Wolves in
Frederick County; Leave is given: Ordered, That the Committee
of Laws do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
The House taking into Consideration the Report made last Ses-
sion from a Committee of both Houses, of the State and Condition
of the Paper Currency Office, and the Accounts relating thereto;
and then referred for an Enquiry this Session: Resolved, That it
appears, the several Sums of 112 1. 15 s. 10 d. 2 q. 100 1. 18 s. 1 d.
and 83 1. ii s. (mentioned in the said Report to be still due from
Edward Trippe, Benjamin Bradford, and Richard Porter, on Ac-
count of Ordinary Licenses and Public Assessments, which they, as
Sheriffs of Dorchester, Caecil, and Talbot Counties, were directed to
pay to the Commissioners or Trustees for emitting Bills of Credit
established by Act of Assembly, by the Act entituled, An Act for
issuing and paying out of the Office of the Commissioners or Trus-
tees for emitting Bills of Credit, established by Act of Assembly,
the Sum of 2562 1. 10 s. Current Money, in Bills of Credit, to be
applied for the Encouragement of Persons voluntarily inlisting them-
selves in his Majesty's Service; and by the Act entituled, An Act for
raising and issuing Money, for maintaing his Majesty's Forces to
be raised in this Province, and for transporting them to the Place
of Rendezvous in the West-Indies; to receive, and pay to the Com-
missioners or Trustees for emitting Bills of Credit, established by
Act of Assembly), Were paid by the said Edward Trippe, Benjamin
Bradford, and Henry Porter, to the Commissioners or Trustees for
emitting Bills of Credit, established by Act of Assembly; in Pursu-
ance of the aforesaid Acts of Assembly.
The House adjourns until 2 of the Clock.

The Petition of the Vestry, &c. of the late Mr. Donaldson's Parish,
was read and granted.
The Petition of the Inhabitants of the North Side of Elk River in
Caecil County, and others, was read, and referred to the Considera-
tion of next Assembly.

A Petition of sundry the Inhabitants of Caecil County, preferred
to this House, was read and referred to the Consideration of next
Assembly.
On motion that an Enquiry be made into the Form of a Machine,
lately invented for catching of Fish; Ordered, That Mr. Key, Mr.
Bordley, Mr. Baker, and Col. Scarborough, be a Committee to make
Enquiry, and Report the same to the House.
