The humble Address of the House of Delegates.
May it please your Excellency,
This House finding that the Secretary takes from the Clerks of
the several County Courts of this Province, one Tenth Part of their
Fees yearly, and there not appearing any Law of this Province to
warrant the same; we humbly pray, that your Excellency will please
