The Bill entituled, An Act impowering the Justices of Prince
George's and Charles Counties, &c. was referred to the Considera-
tion of next Assembly.
The House adjourns until Tomorrow Morning at 9 of the Clock.

The House met according to Adjournment: The Members were
called, and all appeared as yesterday. The Proceedings of yesterday
were read.

On reading the Bill entituled, An Act regulating the Interest
upon Tobacco and Money, and Damages on protested Bills of Ex-
change; the Question was put, Whether the Clause shall stand in
the said Bill, which affects former Contracts; or not ? Resolved in
