Capt. Addison, from the Committee appointed to inspect the
Arms and Ammunition, and Accounts relating thereto, delivers to
Mr. Speaker the following Report; viz.
By the Committee appointed to inspect the Arms, Ammunition, and
Accounts relating thereto; June 13, 1749.
Your Committee having inspected the Arms and Ammunition in
the City of Annapolis, do find the same as followeth:
In the Powder House,
134 Sword Belts, 42 Carbines ditto, 1 Box of Flints, 109 Caggs
of Leaden Ball, and as much Leaden Ball in 2 old Casks, to the
Amount of 22 Caggs, 9 Half-Barrels and 3 Pieces of Half Barrels
of old Powder, 6 Barrels and 8 Half-Barrels of new ditto:
Under the Conference Chamber,
2700 lb. of Ball, 300 lb. of large Shot, 980 lb. of Bar Lead:
