George's Parish in Prince George's County; a Petition of Mrs.
Araminta Macky, Widow; a Petition of the Inspectors of the Ware-
houses at Bruff's Landing on St. Michael's River, and at the Old
Field Landing on Wye River, in Talbot County; and a Petition of
the Inhabitants on the Bay-Side, in Calvert County; severally In-
dorsed, " Referred by the Upper House of Assembly to the Con-
sideration of the Lower House of Assembly."
The House adjourns until 2 of the Clock.

On motion of a Member that a Bill be brought in, to render any
Person incapable of a Seat in the Lower House of Assembly, that
enjoys a Place of Profit from the Lord Proprietary; Leave given :
Ordered, That the Committee of Laws do prepare and bring in a
Bill accordingly.
On reading a second Time the Bill entituled, An Act for proces-
sioning Lands, &c. the Question was put, Whether the Time for
surveying and taking up Vacancy, shall be two Months, or six
Months ? Resolved, That it be six Months.
