Credit emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit not
exceeding 200,000£s &ca of the money appropriated for the present
Campaign due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Philip Hill five Pounds
Seventeen Shillings and three pence of the same Emission of the
money appropriated as aforesaid for Clothing on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Hutton Three pounds of
the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid due him
per Acct passed by the A. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Stephen West Esquire two hundred
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
to be by him expended in purchasing Mounting and repairing one
hundred stand of Arms belonging to the Public on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Stephen West one hundred
pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid
for three hundred and forty Socks which he has engaged to deliver
the State not less than twenty five pair p Week to be accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Mark McPherson Twenty
pounds of the same Emission of the Money appropriated as aforesaid
to be delivered over to Francis Ware junr and Edward Hamilton,
each, Ten pounds on Account, they being appointed Ensigns in the
Maryland Line.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Rignal Hilleary of the 3rd
Regiment three pounds of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated as aforesaid for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Captain Robert Denny five pounds
of the same Emission of the Money appropriated as aforesaid to be
delivered over to Stephen Preston a soldier of the Maryland Line
returned from Captivity in South Carolina in a Distressed situation
on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Daniel Carroll junr ninety eight
pounds, nine shillings and four pence half penny of the same Emis-
sion of the money appropriated for the Defence of this State to be
delivered over to Danl Carroll Esqr on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Joshua Frazier three hundred and
seventy six pounds, five shillings and six pence Specie agreeable to
the " Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " due him for Certs
Settled by the Aud. Genl 21 Inst.
That the said Treasurer pay to Nathan Hammond two hundred
pounds, eighteen shillings and six pence Specie agreeable to the Act
above mentioned due him on Certificates settled by the Aud. Genl

Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut McPher-
son for the use of Ensigns Francis Ware and Edward Hamilton,
each, one suit of Cloths and Linen for two shirts on Account, and
also to Ensign Basil Burgess two and a quarter yards Russia Duck.
