That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson junr five pounds
of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid to be
expended in necessaries for the Council on Account.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Lieut. James John
Skinner Two pounds five shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act
for the Emission of Bills of Credit not exceeding two hundred thou-
sand pounds &ca of the money appropriated for the present Campaign
for stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John Ross Key Two hundred
and thirty two pounds, one shilling and eight pence of the same Emis-
sion of the money appropriated as aforesaid for the use of the Troop
of Horse under the Command of Capt. Philip Thomas per pay roll
examined & passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Major Edward Giles Thirty pounds
of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid on
Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Henry Baldwin of the 3d
Regt six pounds, nine shillings and nine pence of the same Emission
of the money appropriated as aforesaid for Stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Solomon Sparrow Twenty four
pounds ten shillings and six pence of the same Emission of the money
appropriated as aforesaid per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Nicholas Ricketts of the
Maryland Artillery Thirty pounds of the same Emission of the money
appropriated as aforesaid and also the further sum of nine pounds,
nine shillings and six pence of the same Emission on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Purdie going Express
Three pounds of the same Emission of the money appropriated as
aforesaid on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Levin Spedding Twenty three
pounds, two shillings Specie agreeable to the " Act to adjust the Debts
due from this State " per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Armourer deliver to Genl Smallwood's officer four pair
of Handcuffs taking his Receipt therefor.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieuts James Skinner and
Henry Baldwin, each, six Gallons of Rum and Twenty four pounds
of sugar and also to Lieut Nicholas Ricketts Twelve Gallons of Rum
and forty eight pounds of sugar due to the 1st Instant.
