That the said Treasurer pay to James Rigby eleven pounds five
shillings of the same Emission due him per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the Eastern shore Treasurer pay to Major Levin Winder of
the 1st Regimt who is a Prisoner Fifty pounds of the same Emission
agreeable to a Resolution of the General Assembly. And also the
further Sum of eighty nine pounds fourteen shillings and nine pence
of the same Emission due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to John Bullen Esquire one
hundred fathom of Tent Cord and Linen for six Beds for the
Hospital.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. John Jordan twenty
two Gallons of Rum and eighty pounds of Sugar due him to the first
Inst.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Prudy
eighteen pounds eight shillings of the New Emission due him per
Account passed by the A. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to William Dove nine pound five
shillings & one penny of the same Emission due him p acct passed by
the Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Alice Redman five Dollars of the
same Emission due her p ace' passed by the Aud. Gl

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt. Francis
Revelly one hundred pounds of the New Emission agreeably to a
Resolve of the General Assembly of the 2d of February last
That the said Treasurer pay to James Maccubbin Twenty two
pounds four shillings and eight pence of the same Emission due him
p acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Welch fourteen pounds eight-
een shillgs and six pence of the same Emission due him per Account
passed by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Uriah Forrest four hundred

and twelve pounds ten shillings of the same Emission due him per

Acc' passed by the A. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Mathew Ridley Esqr one hundred
and twenty five pounds of the same Emission on Account of five
thousand pounds lent the State for the use of the Continent May
the 10th 1780.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Robert Denny one
hundred and fifty pair of Shoes to be Accounted for.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Nicholas Martin of
the Brig Nesbitt rations for himself and Crew.
