That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Miles eleven pounds five
shillings of the same Emission in lieu of four hundred and fifty
pounds due him per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John Chever of the Artillery
three pounds, four shillings and one penny half penny of the same
Emission in lieu of one hundred and twenty eight pounds five shillings
due him per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Lieut George Jacob, ten
Gallons of Rum & forty pounds of sugar & to Ll John Chever two
Galls Rum & eight pounds of sugar due to the 1st Instant

Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to John Clancy
of the first Regiment and Serjeant Ignatius Wheeler of the 7th
Regimt each, one shirt, and also to Peregrine Fitzhugh Cornet of
Baylors Horse one suit of Cloaths & Linen for 2 shirts.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Major Edward Giles of
the Regiment Extra nine hundred and fifty eight pounds, nineteen
shillings and nine pence of the new Emission due him per Account
passed by the Aud. Genl
Charles Greenbury Griffith Esquire Lieutenant of Montgomery
County Militia resigns his Commission and John Murdock Esqr is
appointed Lieutenant of the same County in his Stead.
David Poe directed to impress Vessels, Waggons &ca to facilitate
the Transportation of the Troops under the Command of the Mar-
quiss De la Fayette from the Head of Elk to Virginia.
In Virtue of the " Act to Regulate Auctions " the following per-
