transmit a List of their Names to us as soon as possible that we have
them prosecuted. If the Craft sent will not carry the whole of the

Barrels Part of the Cat[o's] Cargoe and we are informed that the
rest of that Cargoe except about one hundred Barrels is put on Board
the Schooner and now request you to ship the remaining one hundred
Barrels with the Nautilles's Cargoe in such Craft as can be obtained.

Thursday 8th February 1781.
Ordered That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Nathaniel
Shepherd employed in removing the Cargoes of the Nautilus and
Cato to Baltimore one Gallon of Rum. Capt Samuel McPherson of
the 1st Regimt nineteen and a half gallons of Rum and forty eight
pounds of sugar. Capt. William Bruce of the same Regimt eighteen
gallons of Rum and forty eight pounds of Sugar and also to Ensign
Henry Clements of the 3rd Regimt six Gallons of Rum and twenty
four pounds of Sugar due them for the year 1780.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Ensign Robert Halker-
ston of the 3rd Regimt and Ens. Henry Clements of the same Regimt
each Thirty pounds of the new Emission agreeable to a Resolution of
the Genl Assembly of the 30th Decr last and also to the said
Ens. Henry Clements six pounds nineteen shillings and three pence
of the same Emission in lieu of two hundred and seventy eight
pounds twelve shillings and Six pence due him per Acct passed by the
D. Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim
Lee Esqr Three hundred and twelve pounds, ten shillings of the same
Emission on Account.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. William Bruce
of the first Regimt Cloth and Trimmings sufficient for a suit of
Cloaths and Linen for two shirts in part of the Articles for the pres-
ent year and one and a quarter yards of shalloon deficiency of 1780.
In Virtue of the " Act to Regulate Auctions " Thomas Yates is
appointed Auctioneer for Baltimore County William Wise for Wor-
cester County and John Derwood for Somerset County.

It is the Opinion of this Board that the Flour saved from the
Vessels lately shipped for the Havanna, and now sent to Baltimore
under your Direction should be examined, and what appears by any
Means damaged, you are to have mixed with cource Flour which
you are to purchase for that Purpose and have baked into Bread
