That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esquire twenty four
pounds, ten shillings of the same Emission on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John King Eleven pounds five
shillings of the same Emission in lieu of four hundred and fifty
pounds due him per Acct passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut John Mcfadon three pounds
four shillings and one penny half penny of the same Emission in
lieu of one hundred and twenty eight pounds, five shillings due him
p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Annis five pounds, one shil-
ling and three pence of the same Emission in lieu of two hundred
and two pounds ten shillings due him per Account passed by the Aud.

That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Middleton nineteen pounds
four shillings and four pence half penny of the same Emission in
lieu of two thousand and fifty Dollars due him per Account passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Captain John Pitt fourteen pounds
one shilling and three pence of the same Emission in lieu of fifteen
hundred Dollars due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Captain Gilbert Middleton one
hundred and seventeen pounds six shillings and three pence of the
same Emission in lieu of Four thousand six hundred and ninety
two pounds ten shillings due him per Account passed by the Aud.
General.
That the said Treasurer deliver to Doctr Henry Schnebely twenty
hhds. of Tobacco, weighing seventeen thousand seven hundred and
thirty nine pounds net to be by him delivered over to George Mur-
dock Esquire on Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to the said Doct. Henry
Schnebely five days rations for six men who brot Waggons from
Fred. & Washington Counties, and also to Lieut. James Mcfadon
of Capt. Browns Compy of Artillery, four Gallons of Rum and
sixteen pounds of Sugar in full for the year 1780.

[Council to Colonel Crocket.]
We send you by this opportunity an Act empowering the Trus-
tees to rent out the poor House, on the Receipt of which they will
probably enter into Terms with you, which we very much wish.
Colonel Wood gave Capt. Bradie a Permission to reside in the State
of Maryland until further Orders, with which we concurred, and
refer you to Colonel Wood for further particulars on this Subject.
