Colo Lloyd from the Committee appointed to inspect the Ac-
counts & Proceedings of the Commissioners of the Paper Currency
Office brings in the following Reports
At A Committee of Both Houses of Assembly appointed to In-
spect the Accounts and Proceedings of the Commsrs for emitting
Bills of Credit

Colo Thomas Colvill Major Thoma Sheredine Mr Grundy Pem-
berton Mr Abraham Barnes of the Lower House
Who make Choice of the honble Edward Lloyd Esqr Chairman and
Richard Dorsey Clerk and agree to make the following Report
Your Committee find that through the Remissness of the Sheriffs
there Remains due to the Publick large Ballances from several
Counties amounting to the Sum of £1304.. 7.4 as p Account annexed
& thought it their Duty as early in the Session as could be to give
both Houses an Account thereof
Also We find that no Money has been paid into the Office for
£112..16..0 mentioned in the last Report to be paid to William
Ghiselin by Edward Trippe Sheriff of Dorchester County and for
which the said Ghiselins Receipt was then produced, nor for £94.. 4...0
for which Benj. Bradford Sheriff of Cecil County also then pro-
duced the said Ghiselins Receipt and to be received on Account of
Ordinary Licenses and Publick Levy all which is submitted to the
Consideration of both Houses this 16 of August 1745 by
