This house met again according to adjournment
Present as Yesterday Except Col Tasker
Messrs King and Dashiel attended from the Lower house with
Mr Isaac Handy a member Elected from Somerset County in the
Room of Mr John Dennis who since his Election hath Accepted of
the Office of Sheriff of the said County, in order to see him Qualified
who takes the several Oaths to the Government Required by Law ;
Repeats and Subscribs the Abjuration and Test & then withdrew
Adjourned till Mondy Morning ten of the Clock

Read the Petition of George Plater Esqr and Elizabeth Calvert an
Infant by Onorio Razolini her next friend praying that a Bill may be
brought in to enable the said Onorio Razolini to Convey to the said
George Plater and his heirs such Part of the Lands of Mr Samuel
Hyde Merchant in London as are herein mentioned.

ton and Ann his wife of Charles County praying leave to Bring in a
Bill to Cut off the Entail of Part of a Tract of Land called Saint
Patricks hill Containing two hundred acres and to Settle a Tract of
Land Called Waidstone & part Waidstones Enlargement in Lieu
thereof
Read the Petition of the Vestrymen and Church Wardens of all
Saints Parish in the Back Parts of Prince Georges County Praying
that the sum of Two hundred Pounds Currency may be Levied on
the Taxable Inhabitants of the said Parish for Building a Church
and the Sum of One hundred Pounds Currency for Building Two
Chaples of Ease in the said Parish.
