We herewith return the Journal of Accounts, in which We ob-
serve you have made no Allowance for the several Articles men-
tioned in a Message sent from this house on the 4th of July in the
last Session, nor is there any Allowance made to the Governor in
Discharge of his Disbursements on the Governors house, and which
was recommended in Septemr 1745 to the then Lower house
