An Act continuing an Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled,
An Act for the better Relief of poor Debtors.

Be it Enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary, by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordship's Governor, and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly, and the Authority of
the same, That an Act entituled, An Act for the better Relief of poor
Debtors, made at a Session of Assembly begun and held at the City
of Annapolis, the 10th Day of October, Anno Domini Seventeen

Chapter III

hundred and twenty-two, be, and is hereby continued to be and re-
main in full Force, for and during the term of three Years from the
End of this Session of Assembly, and to the End of the next Section
of Assembly that shall happen after the End of the said three Years.

Continuation
of this Act


Provided, That this Act, or the Act hereby intended to be con-
tinu'd, shall not extend, or be construed to extend to exempt any
Person or Persons whatsoever from the Payment of his Lordship's
Quit Rents, Alienation Fines, or other Dues and Duties payable to
his Lordship the Lord Proprietary, or his Governor for the Time
being, for his or their sole Benefit, in any Specie or Manner to which
such Person or Persons would have been liable if this Act had never
been made.

Proviso


An Act continuing an Act Entituled, An Act for relieving the In-
habitants of this Province from some Aggrievances in the Prose-
cution of Suits at Law; and for continuing the Supplementary
Act thereto.

Be it Enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary, by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordship's Governor, and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly, and the Authority of
the same, That an Act of Assembly Entituled, An Act for relieving
the Inhabitants of this Province from some Aggrievances in the
Prosecution of Suits at Law, made at a Session of Assembly begur
and held at the City of Annapolis the twenty-second Day of June
Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and fourteen, be and is hereby

continued, and shall be in full Force from and after the End of this
Session of Assembly for and during the Term of three Years, and
to the End of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen after
