Rendezvous, as also for replacing of the said sum, and for the better
regulating Ordinaries and ordinary Keepers; and for other Pur-
poses therein mentioned; was read and Assented to, and sent to the
Upper House, with the Paper Bill, by Col. Hooper and Mr Harrison.
The following Ingrossed Bills were read and Assented to and
sent to the Upper House with the Paper Bills by Mr Nicholas Golds-
borough and Mr Addison; Viz.
An ingrossed Bill entitled An Act continuing An Act intituled An
Act for relieving the Inhabitants of this Province from some ag-
grievances in the Prosecution of Suits at Law, and for continuing the
supplementary Act thereto.
An Act continuing an Act entituled, An Act for the Advancement
of Justice
An Act continuing An Act of Assembly of this Province entituled,
An Act for the better Relief of poor Debtors.
An Act continuing an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled
An Act to prevent the ill Practices of sheriffs in the Collecting and
paymt of the Public and County Levies.

Mr Wootton delivers Mr Speaker a Bill entituled, An Act to divide
Prince George's County and to erect a new one by the name of
County which was read the first Time, and ordered to lie on the
Table.
Col. Hammond from the Upper House delivers Mr Speaker the
paper Bill entituled, An Act, for issuing and taking out of the office
of the Commissrs or Trustees appointed for emitting Bills of Credit
established by Act of Assembly the sum of four Thousand five Hun-
dred Pounds &c. Indorsed (See page 292.)
Daniel Dulany and Richard Lee Esquires from the Upper House,
Acquaint Mr Speaker and the Members of this House, that the Gov-
ernor requires their immediate Attendance in the Upper House, to
see the foresaid Bill passed into a Law Mr Speaker, with the mem-
bers went to the Upper House, where his Excellency passed the said
Bill into a Law by sealing it with the Right Honourable the Lord
Proprietary his great Seal at Arms, and Endorsing it thus. " on
Behalf of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of this Prov-
ince I will this be a Law "
Mr Speaker and the Members return to their House, and Mr
Speaker resumes the Chair.
Ordered, that the Committee of Laws prepare and bring in a Bill
for raising money to be applied towards purchasing Arms and Am-
munition for the better Defence of this Province
The House Adjourns 'til To-morrow Morning 9 of the Clock
