Report
Your Committee by inspecting the Accounts and Proceedings of
the Commrs for emitting Bills of Credit, do find that there has been
paid to them, to the 10th of March Instant of the Money arising
for the Duties on Ordinary Licenses Fines and forfeitures men-
tioned in the Act for raising and issuing Money for maintaining
his Majestys Forces to be raised within this Province and for trans-
porting them to the Place of Rendezvous in the West Indies
61..15..0 more than was applyed to the Uses by the said Act directed
Your Committee further Observe that Considerable Ballances
are still due from several Sheriffs within this Province on Account
of the Money arising from the Ordinary Licenses fines and forfei-
tures afd amounting to 1364.. 3...5 1/2 as by the Accounts hereunto
annexed, but from what particular Sheriffs those Ballances are due,
Your Committee cannot make appear for want of Accounts stated
with them respectively by the Commrs for emitting Bills of Credit
in a distinct Book for that Purpose as required by the Lower House
of Assembly last Session
All which is submitted to the Consideration of both Houses this
