The House met according to Adjournment All Members present
as on Saturday, except Mr Philip Hammond and Mr Mackall.
The Proceedings of Saturday were read.
Benjamin Young Esqr from the Upper House delivers Mr Speaker
the Bill entituled An Act for laying an Imposition on Tobacco, and
other Commodities therein mentioned, for the Discharge of his
Lordship's Quit Rents, and Support of Government, Indorsed,
