of Simon Ratalack per Account passed by the Aud. Gen^l
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hyde four hundred and
sixteen Pounds, thirteen shillings and four Pence for 1 Month Salary
due this Day.
That the Eastern shore Treasurer pay to Nich^s Thomas Esq^r
Judge of the General Court, sixty two Pounds, one shilling and nine
Pence for his Salary from 23 Oct. to 1 Novem^r 1779 and three thou-
sand Pounds from 1 Novem^r to 1 March 1780
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Mark Butt of the 2^d
Maryl^d Regiment 1 pair of Shoes to be charged to the said Regim^t

of the late Rawlings's Regim^t 3 1/4 yds Cloth, 3 yds Shalloon and 1 p^s
Brittanies of the second Quality in part of the Articles allowed by
the General Assembly.
