That the said Treasurer pay to Jonathan Parker Two hundred
Pounds of the new Emission to be delivered over to Barach Wil-
liams Commissary for Cecil County on Account two hundred Pounds
of the same Emission to be delivered over to John Voorhees Comy for
Kent on Acct and Two hundred Pounds of the Same Emission to
be delivered over to Nathaniel Potter Commissary for Caroline
County on account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Wilmot Two hundred Pounds
of the New Emission to be delivered over to Richd Dallam Comry for
Harford County on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to the said John Wilmot four Pounds
ten shillings of the new Emission on Acel
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Jonathan Parker
five Pounds twelve shillings and six Pence of the new Emission of
this State on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Rezin Davis of the late Raw-
lings's Regimt three Pounds fifteen shillings of the new emission
in lieu of one hundred and fifty Pounds the Gratuity allowed the
Maryland Officers in the Contl Service by a Resolution of the Genl
Assembly passed the n Decemr 1778 and also Eighteen Pounds
fifteen shillings of the new Emission in lieu of seven hundred and
fifty Pounds allowed instd of Articles for the year 1779 by the Act
relating to the Officers and Soldiers &ca
That the said Treasurer pay to John Muir seven thousand Dollars
on Account
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Rezin Davis of
the late Rawlings's Reg. Cloth & Trirnings sufft for a Suit of Cloaths,
Linen for 2 Shirts and 2 pair Stockings in part of the Articles allowed
by the Genl Assembly.
That the said Commissary deliver to Capt. Lloyd Beall, Lt Rob'
Denny of the 7th Regt Capt. Spurrier of the 4 Regt Capt Lt Jno Jere,
Jacob, Lt George Jacob of the 6th Reg. Ensigns John Lowe, Jacob
Crawford & John Sears of the 2d Regt each Cloth and Trimmings
sufft for a Suit of Cloaths & Linen for 2 Shirts on Account.
Charles Jordan appointed Inspector of Wicommoco Warehouse

Whereas the Senate adjourned to the first Monday in November
next & the House of Delegates to the third Monday in Septr last
past and Subjects of the greatest Consequence requiring the imme-
diate attention and deliberation of the General Assembly; I have
