That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esqr Thirty seven
Pounds ten shillings of the new Emission Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to John H. Stone Esqr Thirty seven
Pounds ten shillings of the new Emission on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Dunnock five Dollars of
the new Emission in lieu of seventy five Pounds due him p Acel
passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excy Thomas Sim Lee Esqr
forty three Pounds fifteen shillings of the new Emission in lieu of
one thousand seven hundred and fifty Pounds Balce of an Order of
the 25 July last.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Murray Esqr seventy five
Pounds of the new Emission in lieu of three thousand Pounds due
him as Judge of the Court of Appeals from May 1779 to 5th of Oc-
tober 1780.
That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esqr Judge of
the Court of Appeals sixty nine Pounds Twelve shillings and four
Pence of the new Emission in lieu of Two thousand, seven hundred
and Eighty four Pounds, fourteen shillings and six Pence from the
5th of October 1779 to the 1st of October 1780.

Gentt Willis Newton having, by his Letter of the 27th Augt
declined acting as Inspector at Henry Ennalls's Warehouse in Dor-
chester County, and Joseph Ennalls sent a Resignation of his appoint-
ment as Inspector at the said Warehouse; we request you therefore
to proceed to an Election of Inspectors for that Warehouse, agree-
able to the Act of Assembly for the Regulation of the Staple of
Tobacco

That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Richard Waters
of the 1st Regt white Cloth & Trimmings sufP for a Waistcoat &
Breeches & Linen for 2 Shirts on Account.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Richard Waters
of the 1st Regimt thirty Dollars of the new Emission of this State
due him on Acct of Stores to be Accd for
That the said Treasurer pay to James Bennett five hundred Pounds
of the new Emission to e delivered over to Henry Jackson Comy of
Somerset County on Acct
