That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to John Hewin of the
3d Regiment 20 shirts, 20 Jackets, 20 pr Breeches, 20 pr Stockings,
20 pr Shoes and 20 Blankets to be delivered over to Capt. Joseph
Marbury for 20 Recruits, enlisted for the 3d Regimt
That the said Comy deliver to Edwd Murray of 7 Regimt 1 pr
Breeches.
That Capt. Geo. Keeports Deliver to U Elijah Evans of the Corps
late Rawling's I ps Brittanies of the second Quality in full of the
Articles Alld him by the Genl Assembly.

[Council to Captain Joseph Marbury]

Sir We have given Sergeant Hewin an Order on the Commissary
of Stores for 20 Shirts, 20 Jackets, 20 Pairs of Breeches, 20 Pair of
Stockings, 20 Pair of Shoes and 20 Blankets, agreeably to General
Smallwood's and your Request. It will be necessary that you take
Receipts from the Recruits upon the Delivery of the Cloaths which
we wish you to transmit to Mr Muir to prevent Frauds in receiving
a second Time

Genl We are once more under the Necessity of applying to you for
a further Supply of Flour. We shall be obliged to you to send im-
mediately ten or twelve Barrels

Commission issued to John Dockery Thompson appointed Lieut
of Cecil County Militia in the room of Charles Rumsay deceased.
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to William Gold-
smith one thousand and seventy one Pounds, two shillings and Eleven
Pence and one thousand, seven hundred and twelve Pounds, ten shil-
lings due him per Accts passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Unsworth one hundred and
thirty seven Pounds ten shillings per Acct passed by the D. And.
That the said Treasurer pay to Ens. William Noyes one hundred
and twenty six Pounds, seventeen shillings and six Pence due him
p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut. Isaac Duvall one hundred
and seventy eight Pounds, two shillings and six Pence due him p
Acct passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Samuel Chase Esqr eighteen thou-
sand, nine hundred and thirty two Pounds, sixteen shillings for the
Use of John Dorsey &Co the Bal3 due them for Goods Purchased
by the Govr & Council for the use of the Army.
