acquaint the Speaker that His Excellency requires him and the Rest
of the Members of that House to attend him immediately in the
Upper House to see the Bills passed Both Houses this Session receive
the Assent

All Which were signed by His Excellency the Governor and as-
sented to on behalf of the Right honourable the Lord Proprietary
and sealed with His Lordships Great Seal at Arms, after which His
Excellency makes the following Speech
