Ordered that the Clerk Issue Summons for Mr Risden Bozman
and Mr Benjamin Young, to attend at the Bar of this House, on
the Third Day of the next Session of Assembly, to answer the Com-
plaint Exhibited to the Committee of Aggrievances, by Richard
ffiddeman and Robert Rolles, in September Session, 1742, and by
that Committee Reported to this House.
Resolved and Ordered, That the Honourable Speaker transmit
the Address of this House to his most sacred Majesty by the ffirst
opportunity, to fferdinando John Paris Esqr to be presented in the
most Suitable Manner.
The House taking into Consideration the Report from the Com-
mittee appointed to inspect into the Laws relating to the Militia of
this Province, doth not concur therewith.
Philip Thomas Esqr from the Upper House delivers Mr Speaker,
the Bill entituled, An Act continuing part of an Act of Assembly
of this Province entituled, An Act for raising and Issuing Money
for Maintaining his Majesty's fforces in this Province &c. Indorsed
