The House met according to adjournment &c.
Mr Calder Brings in a Bill, entituled, An Act to enable Samuel
Wilson, Executor of Margaret Lindow, to Convey Certain Lands
to David Wilson; which was Read the ffirst Time, and Ordered to
lie on the Table.
The Bill entituled, An Act for enlarging the Jurisdiction of the
County-Courts, was Read the second time with the Amendments,
and passed, and sent to the Upper House by Mr Stoughton and
Capt Harrison.
The Bill entituled An Act for Building a Prison in Worcester
County, was sent to the Upper House by Col. Henry and Capt Selby.
On Reading a paragraph in the Bill for dividing Prince George's
County, which Relates to the placing a Court House; the Question
