House acquaint Mr Speaker that the Governor requires the Atten-
dance of the Lower House immediately in the Upper House
Mr Speaker and the rest of the Members of the Lower House went
to the Upper House where Mr Speaker Presented to his Excellency
the following Ingrossed Bills (See page 305)

All which his Excellency passed into Laws in the usual manner :
and then his Excellency made the following Speech (See page 307)

Mr Speaker and the rest of the Members of the Lower House
returned, where after his resuming the Chair, he acquainted the
several Members of the Lower House with what his Excellency had
done and said
