viz. Whether any Alteration as to the Sums charged in the Accounts
of the Officers Fees, produced to the Committee of Accounts shall
be made
Or this Question Whether the Accounts for Officers Fees shall be
allowed as Charged under the Lord Baltemores Proclamation, or not
Resolved that the first be the Question
