the Paper Bill so Endorsed is sent by Saml Chamberlain Esqr
Edmund JeningS and Samuel Chamberlain Esqr are sent to the
Lower house to acquaint the Speaker that His Excy requires him
and the rest of the Members of that House to attend him immedi-
ately in the Upper house to see the Bills passed both Houses this
Session receive the Assent
The whole House attend and by their Speaker present to his
Excellency the following Bills (the Bill Entituled An Act to enforce
the Collection and Payment of the Publick Charge of this Province
