Mr Pemberton hath leave of the House to go Home
Mr Thomas Hammond A Member returned to serve in this Pres-
ent Assembly in the Room of Captain Edward Wright deceased
appeared this day
Mr George and Mr Wilkinson sent to the Upper House to see him
qualified They return and acquaint Mr Speaker they saw him
qualified by taking the Several Oaths to the Government required by
Law by Repeating the Test and by signing the Oath of Abjuration
and the Test.
The Gentleman took his Place in the House
