Which said several Sums were allowed by the Justices of the
said County in the Levies of the same County as appears by a Cer-
tificate under the Seal of the Office of the Clerk of the said County
hereunto annext
Your Committee humbly Conceive that the aforesaid Charges
being Allowed Taxed and Levied on and from the People is a very
great Aggrievance but humbly submitted to the Consideration of
your Honourable House
