borough One Entituled An Act for laying out and applying a Sum
not exceeding two hundred and fifty Pounds Current Money for
the uses therein mentioned, the other entituled an Act impowering
the three Commissioners herein mentioned together with the Jus-
tices of Calvert County to repair the Court House of that County
by an Assessment on the Inhabitants thereof thus Endorsed
