May it please your Honours.
This House hath appointed Colo Colvill, Mr Rumsey, Mr Shere-
dine Mr Pemberton Mr Weems and Mr Gale to join any Member or
Members your House shall appoint as a Committee to inspect the
Accounts and Proceedings of the Commissioners for emitting Bills
of Credit established by Act of Assembly
