date hereof, And for the true p^eformance hereof I haue hereunto
putt my hand this 2^d of ffebruary 1658 The mark of

This Bill bindeth mee Will^m Gillford, my Admistrato^rs or As-
signes to pay unto Henry Potter, or his Assignes the full & iust
Summe of One Thowsand six hund^d pownds of good & merch^ble
Tob & cask according to the Law now erected, for payments of Tob,
And to bee payd in Patux^t Riuer att or uppon the tenth of Nouemb^r
next, And for the true p^eformance hereof, I the sayd Will^m Gillford,
doe bind ouer my Plantaon, w^ch now I Hue uppon in Patux^t Riuer, w^th
all the howsings or edifices thereon erected & built. And I doe giue
the s^d Potter full power to enter uppon the s^d Plantaon, w^thout any
molestaon or hinderance of me Will^m Gillford in case I doe not
pay the afores^d summe, by the time appoynted. As wittnes my

roome of the Ash, you haue mistaken for an Oake, Being the Bownd
Tree to Land surueyed for John Jarbo, Prouided the Oake bee not
