Value thereof in the Commodities of this Countrey, But in Case the
Said Edmond Phillpott be remanded before the S^d Terme be Ex-
pired, by the Said Cap^t Mitchell, that then the Said Cap^t Mitchell is
to Satisfie the Said Edmond Phillpott, according to the Condition of
this Indenture, And the Said Thomas Gerrard is to be discharged
from the payment of the Said Twenty pound Sterling, any thing

These may Testify I Thomas Stone do acquitt release and free
Soliman Barbarah from all Service and Engagegements due from
him to Cap^t William Stone (Excepting the Clause of the Leaving
him half his Estate at his Death, which according to former Con-
dition Standeth in force) upon the payment of four Thousand
pounds of Tobacco, for which I am Content to take, a man Servant
at Eighteen hundred and his Bill for one Thousand to be paid upon
demand, and the other twelve hund^d to be paid the next yeare as
Wittness my hand this 13^th of November 1657

Whereas m^r Peter Sharpe Chirurgeon hath Exhibited an Account
to this Court for Physick and attendance, Expended and Admin-
istred unto Bassill Little Merchant in the time of his Sickness, as
by the Said m^r Sharpes accompt appeareth, to the Sume of two
thousand one hundred and ninety pounds of Tobacco and Caske, and
Cap^t Rob^t Morris and m^r Henry Meese Executors of the Estate of
the Said Bassill Little deceased desireing the Iudgm^t of the Court
upon the Said Accompt, The Court doth therefore order that the

Said Cap^t Morris and m^r Meese Shall Satisfie unto the Said m^r Peter
Sharpe out of the Estate of the Said m^r Bassill Little deceased the
Sume of one Thousand five hundred pounds of Tob^o and Caske, in
full Satisfaction of the aforesaid account of two Thousand one
hundred and ninety pounds of Tobacco
