pounds of Tob only, & was grownded uppon some words th^t John
Dandy should utter concerning the Justifying any of his family in
any thing layd to their charge: whereas the dammage susteyned by
the s^d Milam was charged uppon ffrancis the now Wife of George
Beckwith, to the ualue of seauen hund^d & fifty pownds of Tob as
afores^d, who was then under the tuition of the s^d Dandy, hee being
her Guardian & possessed likewise w^th her Estate.
It is Ordered th^t this cause be Respited till the next Prouinciall
Court & th^t ffrancis the Wife of George Beckwith be then p^ent in
Court allso, To shew cause why shee should not be lyable to satisfy
that Order of Court: it being graunted agst the s^d Dandy by occasion
of her misdemeano^r & carriage.

Was Called afore the Board John & Mary Williams & (by M^r
Attorney Grail) charged w^th the felloniously taking & carrying away
out of the howse of M^r Symon Ouerzee diuers goods, belonging to
the sayd Ouerzee to the ualew of fifty pownd sterl. Together allso
was called Mary the Wife of Daniel Clocker & charged as being
Accessary afore, & after to the ffelony of the s^d John, & Mary Wil-
liams, & allso Thomas Courtney as Accessary after the fact of John
& Mary Williams as afores^d Mary the Wife of Daniel Clocker ap-
pearing, saued her Bayle, Tho: Courtney likewise appearing saued
his Bayle.
The Sheriffe for Juro^rs warned the fformer Jury to attend Viz :
