Upon the Strictest Search that I Can make I Cant find his Lord-
ships last Instruction Relating to Cut Gold which reduces it to three
pounds the Ounce yet I am very possitive I had such a one and to the
best of my remembrance it was Dated in the Year 1735 and I received
it in April 1736 If I Could give you any further Satisfaction I
assure you that I would very readily do it.

Settlers on The remote and Back parts of this Province read the
Second time and with the following amendments will pass. (See
