The House met According to Adjournment. The Members were
Calld Over all the Members that were present yesterday Appeared.
Daniel Dulany Esqr and Mr James Weems Appeared in the house
this Day.
Mr Dulany on his Application hath leave of the house to be absent
for A few Days
The House approved the Rules observed last Convention Ordered
the same be Observed this Session.
Ordered Mr Denton Acquaint the Reverend Mr Sterling that this
house requires him to read Divine Service morning and Evening
During this Session.
The House Continued and Appointed Mr Walter Smith Colll
Hanson Mr Magruder and Mr Hynson A Committee of Elections and
privileges.
Mr Dulany Dor Carroll, Mr Denton, Colll Hooper Mr Calder Mr
George Colll Colvill and Mr Henry A Committee of Laws.
Mr Walter Smith, Colll Hanson, Colll Hooper A Committee to
inspect into the Arms and Ammunition and Accounts Relating
thereto.

they had made Choice of Mr Richard Dorsey for their Clerk the
house approved the Choice
