Act Entituled an Act for Erecting a Town in Kent County on the
South Side of Sassafras River on a Tract of Land called Tolechester
at the Place where the Ferry is now kept; passed and Sent by Geo :

The following Message is sent by Michael Howard Esqr

By the Upper house of Assembly 25th May 1737
Gentlemen
We have Considered your Message of 23d Instant by Messrs
Hooper and Hammond, and as you Observe it may be an Ease to the
Good People of this Province, that the Publick Charge thereof be
paid out of the Bills of Credit in the Paper Office, We do for this
time Concurr with your house therein Provided the same be ordered
to be repaid by the Treasurers of this Province in some convenient
time into the Loan Office aforesaid

A Bill from the Lower house by Mrs Denton and Wright Entituled
an Act to cutt of the Entail of Two Acres of Land part of a Tract
called New Year's Gift, Thus Endorsed.

By the Lower house of Assembly 25th May 1737

Two Engrossed Bills from the Lower house by Messrs Hanson &
Stoughton one Entituled an Act to encourage the Apprehending some
Felons and for trying Accessarys to felonies by them Committed
before Conviction of the Principals, the Other Entituled a Supple-
mentary Act to the Acts Entituled the Acts for the relief of Debtors
and for Ascertaining the manner of Tenders in Tobacco Severally
thus Subscribed.
